1 / My colleagues use scOPe to generate reports, how do I do this?

The level of reporting available depends on user access permissions. 

As a starting point go to Report>New Custom Reports.

2 / I'd like to add a Procedure to the Procedure List, can I add this myself?

Adding a procedure in itself is easy if you have the right permissions; however, depending on your instance of scOPe, your colleagues at other sites may need to be consulted before making procedure tree changes. 

Please get in touch with your Service Desk to help make the change. 

3 / I've heard I can change a field on the Booking Request or Waiting List form, how can I start this process?

We have lots of customisable fields in our forms so that we can best aid your workflows. Please get in touch with your Service Desk so they can kick start this process.

4/ I'm keen to capture my Operation Notes in a more structured format so I can do some research but I can't see one here for my procedure of interest? 

Our Synoptic Operation Notes are created with Clinicians and cover many core procedures but not all. We 'd love to work with you to expand what available to you and your colleagues (some even around the country!). Start by contacting your Service Desk, and they'll point you in the right direction!

5 / Scope recently did a demonstration of their Audit Meeting process with our team but I can't remember all the details, do you have any videos to help?
